- If for some reason the specimen is rejected by the lab, do to phlebotomist error, we will come back to collect the specimen again free of charge within 2 days. If the patient declines then we will grant 100% refund.
- In the event of an emergency and the patient is not available for the appointment, we will reschedule. If the patient is not available and cannot reschedule at a certain time, we ask for at least 1 day's notice (the day before the appointment). If at least 1 day's notice is not given, payment for the service is not refundable.
